What is going on?

Well, I (Jennifer) thought I would get on here and write a quick post. This is what happens when you use your wife's computer and stay logged in to certain websites. She can get into your stuff...write posts on your blog, check your email, etc. Ha!
I don't even know what to write right now...Trying to think of something funny to say about Nick, but nothing is coming to mind.

Parking Lot Idiots

A couple weeks ago the fam and I went to the mall - wifey, daddy, toddler, and baby. Going to the mall is a chore because both kids are strapped into their car seats and we two strollers plus a big diaper bag. So it takes some time to get all packed up to get in and out of the car.

When we got to the mall it wasn't very busy so there were a lot of open parking spots, and we took one about half-way out in the lot. When we were leaving the mall, it still wasn't very busy and the parking lot was still not very full. So as we approached our car, we both noticed there was another car trolling down our lane looking for a spot. As we began to try and load all of our "stuff" into the car, it appeared like this guy was waiting for our spot. I knew it was going to take us a long time - unstrap kids from the strollers, strap them into their seats, fold up the strollers, pack the strollers into the trunk, then finally get into the car ourselves - so I couldn't believe this guy was waiting for OUR spot when there were multiple spots just a little bit further away from the entrance than ours. The next best spot was literally two spots further away than ours was, but he wanted it BADLY. Bad enough to wait about five minutes for our spot. About half-way through getting loaded up, I stopped and looked at him like "dude, why are you waiting for my spot? I don't like you watching me load up all my stuff, why don't you take that spot right next to me?" It was so ridiculous we were actually packing up our stuff slowly to teach this guy a lesson.

When we were finally ready to leave, wifey and I had a good laugh at this idiot. I will never understand people like him, who will do anything to get the best possible parking space. Is it that bad to walk an extra ten yards?

My personal philosphy on parking in big lots is just immediately find a spot, I don't care how far I have to walk. I absolutely hate driving up and down rows looking for spots, and I really hate stopping in a lane waiting for someone to back out!
