Blockbuster has no late fees but charge $4.50 per movie. They have limited selection in their stores. Their customer service is the worst.
Last month we joined NetFlix since there are no other movie stores around us besides Blockbuster. In South Lyon I rented from Family Video which had great service and rented new released for $2.65 per night.
Since we joined I have been more than pleased with the service. The time for them to send movies and accept movies and send another one is amazing. More importantly, the website is great. I consider myself as having seen most good movies out there. But I have over 50 movies in my queue that I found by browsing through Netflix.
Not only is the subscription fee much less than blockbuster, I have found dozens of movies I'm sure I will enjoy that I never would've found at the retail store.
