The best hummus is at Palm Palace (formerly La Shish) at the SE corner of Washtenaw and Carpenter. I know, the intersection is the worst, but in my opinion it is worth it. In fact, I get carry out from there and all I order is the hummus.
I love it so much that I order it minimum once per week. My favorite is the spicy hummus.
