Today we flew home from Tampa FL to Detroit MI on Spirit Airlines. We were visiting my aunt and uncle for a long weekend.
Our flight today left at 3pm, and the boy's nap time is usually from 1-3pm. Our plan was to keep him up and let him nap from 3 to 5. However, on the way to the airport he managed to get a 15 minute cat-nap. This was a grave mistake.
15 mins was all he needed to get recharged. The flight was a nightmare. Even the pilot referenced the baby crying when he addressed the cabin to let us know we would be landing in 25 minutes "Take it easy back there" he said.....
I strongly recommend the benadryl treatment after my experience today.
