I am so tired of hearing about the allegations of over-practicing. For what its worth, I think the kids today are weak and shouldn't be complaining about putting in effort to be a top-tier elite football team.
With that said, I am looking for good UM material regarding players and expectations and thoughts on this season and particularly the Western Michigan game this week. Instead, people are bickering over semantics (is it strongly recommended you practice hard or required?)
Let's break down the schedule:
Western - win
Notre Dame - not sure
Eastern - win
Indiana - win
Michigan State - loss
Iowa - Loss
Delaware State - win
Penn State - loss
Illinois - loss
Purdue - win
Wisc - unsure
Ohio State - loss
I have 5 wins, and a couple unsures. I figure we should be able to win an unsure and win one of the losses, and come up with 6-7 wins BEST CASE. If we win 7 I will be surprised. I did bet my brother $50 that we will win at least 6 games. I will also be betting BUBBA that the lions will not win 6 games.....
